GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Definitions
Client: the legally capable natural or legal person, of legal age, who registers the Participant and pays for the booking.
Stage: the sports course AC Campus Cádiz, organized by ATHENA SPORTS CONSULTING SL, held at Centro Deportivo Hipotels in Sancti Petri (Cádiz).
Participant: a minor who takes part in the Stage and meets the participation criteria.
2. Stays (Estancias)
Our social media showcase the stays offered, including package content (destinations, activities, extra services), dates, prices, payment methods, cancellation and modification conditions.
Our forfait prices cover only the services listed in the programmes and price tables. Prices are valid on the date of payment.
3. Booking a Stage
Bookings require an electronic contract signed by a parent/legal guardian and full payment.
No deposit with CAF vouchers is allowed.
The Client will receive an email titled “Booking Confirmation” with all details at the end of purchase, confirming registration.
Under French Consumer Code article L121-20-4, there is no right of withdrawal for services like accommodation, transport, catering or leisure scheduled for specific dates.
The person booking confirms they are over 18, legally capable and not under guardianship or curatorship.
Payment: balance must be paid at least 10 business days before the Stage starts, along with a copy of the child’s file. If not, the child won’t be admitted and the full fee remains due.
All required documents must be submitted or participation will be refused.
Registered children must not have committed serious offences leading to imprisonment; otherwise, the Client agrees to collect the child without refund and covers return costs.
4. Cancellation, Withdrawal, and Modification
No right to withdraw: under article L221-28, consumer withdrawal does not apply.
The Client may cancel before the Stage begins but must cover associated costs:
- At least 30 days before: 30% of total price retained.
- Less than 30 days before: 100% retained.
Cancellation requests are emailed, costs communicated, and the Client must confirm. No reply means cancellation confirmed automatically after 24 hours.
Cancellation or modification by the Participant during the stay: no refund; participant covers early return and travel.
Cancellation by ATHENA SPORTS CONSULTING SL: if minimum 30 participants aren’t reached, the Stage may be cancelled up to 7 days before start; full refund will be given with no additional compensation.
5. Internal Rules
Behaviour rules: Participants must comply with rules and instructions; drugs, alcohol and tobacco are forbidden. Misconduct may cause expulsion; early return at the Client’s expense.
Liability waiver: ATHENA SPORTS CONSULTING SL’s responsibility ends when the Participant is handed back to parents or guardians.
6. Quality of the Stay
Any irregularity must be reported immediately, otherwise no compensation can be claimed.
7. Liability
ATHENA SPORTS CONSULTING SL is responsible for correctly performing contracted services, within limits set by the Tourism Code.
8. Medical Organization
ATHENA SPORTS CONSULTING SL cannot intervene in medical matters. Parents will be contacted to pick up the child if needed.
9. Holiday Vouchers and Cheques Vacances
ANCV “Cheques Vacances” are accepted under current law.
10. Data Confidentiality Policy
The Client accepts our data privacy policy, detailed on our website.
11. Image Use Rights
The Client authorizes ATHENA SPORTS CONSULTING SL to use Participant images and recordings for promotional purposes on social media and other media, free of charge and for the maximum period allowed by law, with express parental consent.
12. Contract Assignment
The Client may transfer the booking to another person up to 7 days before the Stage starts, notifying the agency in due time.
13. Payment Reminders
In case of non-payment, ATHENA SPORTS CONSULTING SL may apply administrative charges and use a collection agency.
