AUTHORISATION FOR THE RELEASE OF IMAGES OF MINORS TO THE AC CAMPUS

Authorization from families or legal guardians for the processing of personal data and the recording of images of their minor children, wards or representatives at the Athletic Club Campus.

The well-being of the minors who participate in our activities, including the Athletic Club Campus, is a fundamental objective for our Club. The child protection policy established by our organization aims to cover all the necessary aspects for the respect of children’s rights.

The appropriate use of the images captured during the Campus is a priority for our Club within ATERPE’s child protection policy.

Photographs and recordings may be taken during the Campus activities and disseminated through various channels, websites or social networks of the company organizing the Campus or the Club itself.

By accepting this document, as the father, mother, guardian or legal representative of a minor attending the Athletic Club Campus:

I authorize the recording, reproduction, distribution, dissemination and public communication of the recorded images or photographs taken of my child, ward or represented person, free of charge in any activity that takes place both in the Campus facilities (training sessions, matches, conferences) and outside them (visits, excursions).

I acknowledge that the transfer of the rights does not give rise to any economic consideration, and that I cannot claim any remuneration or claim whatsoever from Athletic Club or any other person or entity authorized to use said images.At any time I may exercise my rights of access, rectification, opposition, deletion, portability and limitation of processing, or revoke my consent with Athletic Club, by sending an email to: cadiz@athletictrainingcamp.com.
