Disfruta de una semana en Lezama y su recién estrenada residencia y conviértete en jugador/a del Athletic Club las 24 horas del día.
With training as the central focus of the Campus, we place great importance on guided learning and the growth of each player.
1. MOTOR SKILLS
Development of motor and physical abilities.
2. TECHNICAL SKILLS
Refinement of individual technical abilities.
3. GAME APPLICATION
Development of understanding and comprehension of the game.
Activities such as watching training shifts and meeting first team players* will be organized to develop a sense of belonging to Athletic Club.
* Subject to schedule availability.
Players will immerse themselves in the Athletic Club philosophy through a visit to San Mamés and the club museum.
Players can also choose to stay at Lezama, completing a special activity to put into practice what they have learned during the week.
Based on the values of Athletic Club, theoretical-practical workshops will be held using football as an educational tool to contribute to each player’s development.
The activity will be organized and led by qualified professionals in youth football development.
COORDINATORS:
They will oversee the smooth running of the activity and the coaches.
COACHES:
With extensive experience, they will ensure players’ learning and enjoyment.
Effort: We encourage the dedication and energy that participants invest to improve their football skills.
Autonomy: Our methodology focuses on the players’ ability to make decisions and take responsibility for their own development within AC Campus.
